What is JoyUnboxed?

JoyUnboxed is an online gift shop offering a wide range of high-quality, print-on-demand products, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, message cards, ornaments, and more. Each item is made to order with care and creativity.

How does print-on-demand work?

When you place an order, we produce the item specifically for you. This allows us to offer unique, personalized designs while reducing waste. Since each product is custom-made, production times may vary.

Ordering & Customization

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our products allow for personalization, such as adding names, initials, or custom messages. Check the product page for details or email us at contact@joyunboxed.com with special requests.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us at contact@joyunboxed.com as soon as possible. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Processing times vary, but most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link provided. For lost shipments, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at contact@joyunboxed.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect order, please contact us at contact@joyunboxed.com, and we’ll make it right. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If eligible, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
